Fat overworked and tired

It has been forever since I blogged. Honestly i have just been too freaking busy, Maybe i will try it again. I definitely still have plenty to say. HCG tried that. Weight watchers tried that. I am still fat. I have decided it must be me. I am wrapping up a 4 day weekend and it has been wonderful! we went to see Rock Of Ages yesterday. It is awesome! I highly recommend it.
I have really gotten into twitter these days. It just seems better than facebook. I still like facebook don't get me wrong. I am a stalker at heart. LOL Keep posting those beach vacation pictures. :)

Gameday

I so hope that Carolina beats Clemson today. My wife is going to the game. She is a tiger. I have been to a couple of the matchups. Won one lost one. Winning is better!

I am working too hard!

Good lord I am working myself to death! I am going to try to start blogging again. I still love the IPhone but remind me to tell you about the IOS4 upgrade. OMG it killed me!

Wedding fun

Went to tennesee for a wedding. I would usually say I hate weddings but o honestly had a great time. Yeah I could mention a few negative moments but that's just life. We drove up on friday afternoon. I stopped and bought my mother in law a sack of peaches. I figure I need all of the help I can get. We got there just in time for the rehersL dinner. Wow it was good. Fried chicken, potato casserole, and all kinds of other good stuff. My favorite was strawberry shortcake made with fresh local strawberries and real homemade whipped cream. Words can't describe how delicious that was.
The next day my boy and I got up and went to see Iron Man. We were so glad we finally got to see it. That afternoon we had to get ready for the wedding. It had been raining off Nd on and the wedding was outside so we were nervous. It was beautiful, hot but beautiful. The ceramony was on a hill on my father in laws farm. The reception was on the river that borders his farm. We had delicious bar-b-que for the reception. There was a band, dancing, and family fun.
I really had a good time!

Sore

I am very very sore. I really do enjoy working out but it hurts! I have tried to kick up my intensity. I have been told that 40 and up is really a hard time to add muscle. I plan to prove that wrong!
Wifey said she can tell but I never know if she is just being nice.

Jawbone

Ok I gave in and bought a jawbone Icon. I love this thing. It connects to both my work And personal phone at the same time. This is a huge plus for me. Nobody can tell I am talking to them on a bluetooth and it is very comfortable. I look like a star trek wanna be but hey at least I can drive without getting a ticket now!
