Sore

I am very very sore. I really do enjoy working out but it hurts! I have tried to kick up my intensity. I have been told that 40 and up is really a hard time to add muscle. I plan to prove that wrong!
Wifey said she can tell but I never know if she is just being nice.

Jawbone

Ok I gave in and bought a jawbone Icon. I love this thing. It connects to both my work And personal phone at the same time. This is a huge plus for me. Nobody can tell I am talking to them on a bluetooth and it is very comfortable. I look like a star trek wanna be but hey at least I can drive without getting a ticket now!

Twitter

Well I am done with twitter too. Good lord is everybody trying to do a MLM buisness? MLM is the 2K word for Pyramid if you are wondering. Get a freaking job people!!! I just thought it would be fun to tweet and read other tweets about daily life stuff but there is very little of that on twitter. Everybody that followed me was either trying to sell me something or "show" me something.lol
I will just stick with my little blog and if I am the only one that ever reads it then thats fine by me.
